Shaye's Spa Celebration!

Shaye celebrated her birthday a month early so she could have a party with her friends before we moved. It was a fabulous party! We crammed a lot into one evening. First, they ate pizza and went swimming. After swimming, they changed into pajamas and had cake, ice cream, and opened presents. Then it was on to our spa activities. They made their own lotion, were given pedicures, manicures, and facials. We had a relaxation time during the facial and I talked them through a visualizing exercise. And of course no spa is complete without a bit of yoga...
All that took us till about 10 at night, and I was beat, but of course the girls were up long past us. I'm so happy we went ahead and did it early, Shaye loved it!













Of course Jaxson and Sydnee were not to be left out. It was cute to watch little Syd rub the mask on her face and lay down with the girls. She wants to be big so bad! Jaxson also got his feet scrubbed and face put in a mask, I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that he didn't want to be left out, even from spa night!



In the morning, they had smoothies and donuts for their fancy breakfast, got to play a bit, and then had to say goodbye. This was Shaye's last time to see most of the girls, so it was sad to tell them bye, but it was a great party and I'm glad she got to celebrate early!
