Sam's mom was our third visitor to see the baby. The kids have loved having all their family come. Last to come is my sister, Nicole, who comes in two weeks. While Pam was here she wanted to celebrate Shaye's birthday a bit early. So we took her out to Monterey's to eat and they brought the sombrero and sang her happy birthday. Shaye was surprisingly embarissed, but she liked it. It was great to have another pair of hands around to help with the baby.
Today Sydnee was 4 weeks old. I don't know if that counts as one month, or if it should be on the 22nd, but either way.... Here are some pictures of her from today. She has quite a bit of hair in the back, but not too much on top. Her eyes have stayed blue, which is a huge surprise to me that I would have 3 blue eyed children! I'm still up all night, and feeding all the time, but things are settling down a little and we are trying to establish some sort of schedule. Sydnee was 9 pounds at her one month check, and almost 22 inches long. She is growing well!

At least somebody is getting some sleep around here...
Sam's dad came to visit this past week. It was good to see him, and the kids love having visitors! It was his birthday while he was here, so we made dinner and had some cake to celebrate.
My parents came to visit us a few days after Sydnee was born to help with the older kids and around the house. They did a lot of fun stuff with Shaye and Jaxson like going to the water park, fishing, shopping, and lots of playing. It was a huge help for me to have them here!
